モルダウ石、モルダバイトはテクタイトの一種。テクタイトとは、隕石が地表へ衝突した際に地表の物質が熔融して形成された天然ガラスの総称です。
これは言わば数百万年前、隕石が地球に衝突した時に生まれたガラス。超高速で衝突しその時の熱と圧力の一瞬が生んだ、奇跡のような存在です。

昨今、モルダバイトは流通減少によりアジア圏において模造石が多く出回っておりますが、こちらの個体は良質なロットからの抜き取り鑑別検査を行い、その中からピックアップしております。

Moldavite is a type of tektite. Tektites are a general term for natural glass formed when meteorites collide with the Earth's surface, melting surface materials.
This glass was born millions of years ago when meteorites struck the Earth. It is a miraculous existence created by the heat and pressure of an instantaneous, high-speed collision.

Recently, due to reduced circulation, many imitation stones have been circulating in Asia. However, this particular specimen was selected from a high-quality lot after undergoing extraction and identification testing.
