この「アパタイト」という名前はギリシア語の「騙す・策略」を意味する言葉が由来となっています。アパタイトは様々な色や結晶構成で産出されるので、アクアマリンやフローライト、トルマリンなど、色んな石と間違われたためにこの名が付いたといわれています。含有元素によって無色・ピンク・赤・黄・緑・青・紫など様々な色があります。
カットプロポーションが良く、キラメキ強め。原石から切り出した非加熱無処理のアパタイトです！

The name “Apatite” originates from a Greek word meaning “to deceive” or “to scheme.” Apatite occurs in various colors and crystal structures, leading to it being mistaken for stones like aquamarine, fluorite, and tourmaline, hence its name. Depending on its elemental composition, it can be colorless, pink, red, yellow, green, blue, purple, and more.
